Within the commercial property market, pubs, restaurants, cafes and the leisure sector have already been hardest hit sectors caused by the Covid-19 lockdown. The very same sector is now waiting for further Government sanctions due to be announced next week.
The impact on pubs, restaurants, cafes and the leisure sector cannot be understated. We have already seen a raft of closures and companies entering into CVA's. No doubt some pubs and restaurants will close their doors for the last time without further Government financial assistance.
