Epsom is an attractive market town in the heart of Surrey approximately 13 miles from London, 3 miles from Leatherhead and 9 miles from Croydon. Epsom has a resident population of circa 30,000 people.

The world famous “Derby” at Epsom Racecourse attracts thousands of race-goers in June every year.
