The Gym Group have signed up for a new 12,500 square foot, purpose built gym at Westwood Cross, Thanet, Kent.Acting on behalf of Trade Marq Developments, RAB Commercial have 100% pre-let the proposed development to The Gym Group.
Detailed planning consent has been approved and development on site is due to commence in March 2017.
