Online Fashion Retailer Boohoo buys Debenhams Brand & Website for £55M.Fashion Retailer Boohoo has acquired the Debenhams Brand & Website from Administrators but not the 118 retail stores or 12,000 workforce.
The 242 year old company which RAB Commercial Property reported went into administration in April 2020 is currently in the process of closing down.
It is understood the Boohoo will relaunch the Debenhams brand under the Boohoo website.
