RAB Commercial Property successfully Let a 7.000 sq.ft distribution warehouse to national retailer HSL in Reading, Berkshire.RAB Commercial acting jointly with JLL and Sharps Commercial have let 7,000 sq.ft on Reading Trade Centre in Reading to national retailer HSL.
The successful warehouse letting follows lettings on Reading Trade Centre to Topps Tiles, Sixt Rent A Car and Rubix. Further lettings will be announced shortly.
Reading Trade Centre is a prime warehouse / trade park on the A33 Reading Relief Road (Rose Kiln Lane) only one mile south of Reading Town Centre. Reading Station is located 1.3 miles to the north.
