Acting on behalf of Tesco subsidiary Spen Hill Developments, Richard Braysher acquired land formally occupied by a former waste transfer station and sewerage works and secured planning consent for 250,000 sq.ft + of B1,B2 & B8 industrial / warehouse use, before selling serviced development plots to Big Yellow, Selco Builders Merchants, Wickes amongst many more. Planning consent was also secured to extend the Tesco Superstore into a Tesco Extra and building a new link road called Kimpton Parkway which has opened up Kimpton Industrial Estate leading to a new Sutton Recycling Centre. Kimpton Industrial Estate is a strategic industrial estate in south west London.
